Perfect for the building with the occasional issue. We will come in and provide a plan of action to treat the reported pest and set  in place. After treatment follow up visits may be required to completely eradicate the issue. Number of visits and complexity of action plan depends on size of infestation and surrounding conducive conditions. 

A monthly inspection service, to include a written report documenting the structural issues, sanitation deficiencies and pest activity, in all of the tenant common quarters and mechanical/electrical rooms. If problems are found contact will be notified with a Quick Fix solution and proposal.

This program is designed for those buildings with a history of pest issues and is recommended after a complete building remediation program. It is often tough to identify problems before they become out of control, if the issues arise in units and tenants do not report the problem. This program will eliminate the guess work. We will set up a plan based on the number of units in the building and the required visits annually and provide dates for all unit inspections over the course of one year. We will track and document all activity throughout the building as activity is found, making it easier to create a plan of action for treatment. 

This program is for the building with an over 50% infected rate and starts with a full building inspection documenting all the pest activity. Once all units have been thoroughly inspected and verified, we will begin a treatment program based on activity levels and locations. All treatments and activity will be mapped and treatment plan performed accordingly. Once activity levels are below 10% it is recommended to commence a Monthly Inspection Program, to assure tenants are not reintroducing problem pests. 

Old fashioned pest control, kill 'em before they get in. We'll design a program best suited for your needs, to include exterior sprays, rodent control and/or structural and environmental remediation. This program will allow you to provide yourself and your tenants the protection you need without the invasion of a monthly interior service. Best suited for town homes and small block apartments.
