First step to pest remediation. Proper identification is key in eradicating any problem. With this service we will perform a full inspection of the premises and provide a written report of structural issues, sanitation deficiencies and pest activity. As well we will advise you of the best plan of action and which program would best suit your needs. All inspection fees are waved if a treatment program is selected with GPC. All clients will be invited to participate in the inspection, if they wish . 

A DIY consultation will provide everything of a traditional inspection, with the addition of a pest control 101 tutorial. We will go over your domestic products and advise on the best practices to safely rid your infestation and leave as minimal footprint as possible. We will also teach you how to use your devices, properly set traps and identify best areas to treat. It's not all chemical warfare and with a little education we can reduce the use of pesticides, improve our environments and protect our homes.

This is for the home who has been infected with such pests as, rats, mice, bed bugs or roaches. During our inspection process we will identify all the conducive conditions and pest hot spots, create a plan of action and set it into place. A mini program can be a partnership approach, we perform treatment and provide a list of conducive conditions, or a full service approach, we do prep work, treatment and perform repairs and environmental remediation.
